We were customers of Partners Mutual insurance for about 15 years. We had just built a new house and used them for that as well. Never had a claim in all the time with them. Our new grass was not yet growing so we took our dog to my husband's parents home. A neighborhood kid was running through the area where our dog was tied up and the dog bit him. Within a week we had a letter from the insurance company saying they are cancelling the policy. No accident forgiveness with this company. They will never get any business from us again.
