The other driver was underinsured, his policy wasn't enough to even come close to the damage caused to our car and the car in front of us which my wife was pushed into. Many glowing customer reviews for the carrier can be easily found across the web, but Encompass has had several complaints filed against them through the BBB in recent years, and is not currently BBB accredited. That being said, Encompass does appear to deliver on their coverage promises and keeps most of their customers happy.
