About us
Started in 1959 as Town & Country Insurance Agency in Jacksonville, Arkansas. In 1980 the agency was purchased by Tim Sparks and the agency name changed to Insurance Mart. On July 1, 2000, the agency was acquired by HomeBancshares, Inc. and the name was changed to Centennial Insurance Agency (formerly Community Insurance Agency). Centennial Insurance Agency now has offices in Cabot, Jacksonville and Little Rock, Arkansas.
