L.N. davis, has been serving Haywood County, and Western North Carolina since 1933. We are Proudly a 4th generation family owned and operated independent insurance agency. We offer a full line of personal, life, and commercial insurance. Our agency is owned by Kathy Davis Lance. We are proud of her accomplishment of being the first female President of The Independent Insurance Agents of NC in 2008. Her daughter, Merritt Lance Tongen, is a past marketing representative for Auto-Owners Insurance Company and she will lead the agency into the future.
We specialize in the property line of business, and have many homeowner markets available. This includes secondary or seasonal homes with rental activity allowed. We provide any line of insurance you may need, and as an independent agency we search broader markets through various national brokers. We take great pride in forging a friendly personal relationship with our customers. When you call us a real person answers the phone, offering the coverage you need at the lowest possible premiums.
